That day Park Kyung-hye appeared on I Live Alone through her connection with Ku Sung-hwan. Park Kyung-hye, who is 33 this year, said she has only been living alone for four months. Park Kyung-hye said, "This is my first time living alone. It's also my first time finding a house," and revealed her 6-pyeong studio apartment located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam District. The small but cozy atmosphere drew attention.
She said, "With a deposit of 50 million won, including monthly rent, maintenance fees and parking, it's 590,000 won," boasting a price that was cheap compared with the location.
Park Kyung-hye said the reason she did not get a larger place for her first solo residence was, "My budget was that much. I looked for a place where I could live without being pressured by the realistic financial burden of having moved out."
She went on to reveal the reason she decided to live alone: "I applied for youth housing but kept failing. I thought my youth might be over if this continued. I mustered the courage and started living alone."
