Actor Song Joong-ki will attend his first joint public engagement with his wife, KT Louise Saunders, three years after their marriage.
Song Joong-ki and KT will attend the 7th regular concert of "Gaon Soloists," titled "Children's Scenery," at IBK Industrial Bank of Korea Chamber Hall at Seoul Arts Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the 18th.
In the first half of the performance, the Song Joong-ki couple will read aloud works by French composers together with the ensemble members, and musical actress Kim So Hyun will also attend to sing with them.
Founded in 2021, Gaon Soloists is an integrated chamber music ensemble where musicians with and without disabilities perform together. The two are said to have been invited to the stage after contacting the organizers through acquaintances.
Gaon Soloists representative Kang Ja-yeon said, "I've heard they do a lot of good deeds in their daily lives, and they heard about our concert through an acquaintance and contacted us first. So it is truly an honor for us."
Meanwhile, Song Joong-ki married KT Louise Saunders in 2023 and has one son and one daughter.
This is the first time the two will appear together at an official event. With their first joint public engagement now publicized, attention is focused on the couple's movements.
