Yano Shiho revealed her 100-year-old grandmother, bringing a touching moment.
On the 17th, Yano Shiho wrote, Happy miraculous 100th birthday, Grandma, and posted, One month ago, my grandmother fell inside the house and was hospitalized with a vertebral compression fracture; she was safely discharged two days ago and was able to reach her 100th birthday today! She lay in bed and was hospitalized for a month, but her walking and cognition did not weaken at all, her weight remained unchanged, and I could imagine how hard she must have worked on rehabilitation with the doctors
She continued, She had colon cancer surgery at 83, was hospitalized in the intensive care unit after collapsing from a cerebral hemorrhage at 94, was hospitalized again two months later when her femur fractured, and was re-hospitalized at 99 with a compression fracture, adding, Because she is elderly, anything could happen, but my grandmother always recovers and comes back regardless of age; she is herself a miraculous person.
Yano Shiho also said, My grandmother accepts what comes before her as if it flows without force and does her best each day, and to my aunt and mother who always help me, and the doctors who cared for her when she was hospitalized: surrounded by everyone's love, it seems she was able to meet today, adding, I sincerely thank everyone who always looks after my grandmother and am truly grateful. I hope she lives a long, long life.
In the released photos, Yano Shiho was seen holding a family photo in which three generations — herself, her grandmother, and her daughter Choo Sarang — gathered together. It also included a moving scene of a video call with the grandmother, who had been hospitalized for colon cancer, cerebral hemorrhage and femoral fracture but returned healthy to celebrate her 100th birthday.
Meanwhile, Yano Shiho is married to Choo Sung Hoon and has a daughter, Sarang. She is active back and forth between Korea and Japan. <
