Comedian Kim Ji-hye experienced an astonishing change after two weeks of intermittent fasting.
On the 17th, Kim Ji-hye posted photos and videos along with the caption "After 2 weeks of intermittent fasting, the stubborn 2kg came off" and "16:8 (16-hour fast) definitely makes you lose weight. Eating two meals a day, I might even quit drinking."
The released photos and videos show Kim Ji-hye attempting intermittent fasting and visiting the gym to work out. Kim Ji-hye did upper-body personal training and triceps-targeting strength exercises while simultaneously riding a stationary bike for 40 minutes of cardio. She also spent a happy time doing stretching and using the sauna.
In particular, Kim Ji-hye even ate fried chicken at 9 p.m. while doing intermittent fasting, but thanks to appropriate exercise she lost 2.2kg in two weeks, drawing astonishment.
Meanwhile, comedian colleague Park Joonhyung and Kim Ji-hye married in 2005 and have two daughters. She is actively working in broadcasting and home shopping, among other activities.<
