Forestella member Ko Woo-Rim revealed an anecdote about dating his wife Kim Yeon-a.
On the 17th episode of MBN's Jun Hyun-moo Plan 3, Jun Hyun-moo, GwakTube and Forestella (Ko Woo-Rim, Cho Min-kyu, Kang Hyung-ho, Bae Doo-hoon) were shown on a "Seoul back-alley tour."
On that day, Jun Hyun-moo asked the most recently married member, Kang Hyung-ho, "Did you meet your wife at a blind date?" Kang Hyung-ho replied, "We met at a neighborhood bar and had our wedding ceremony two years ago," adding, "In our group, the youngest, Ko Woo-Rim, got married first."
Ko Woo-Rim elaborated, "I am in my fourth year of marriage, Bae Doo-hoon hyung is in his third year, and Kang Hyung-ho hyung is in his second year," and Jun Hyun-moo asked Ko Woo-Rim how he first met Kim Yeon-a.
Ko Woo-Rim recalled, "Yeon-a was invited to a congratulatory performance at an 'ice show.' My mother-in-law liked our song and asked me to get an autograph on the CD, so Yeon-a came to the waiting room herself. I remember feeling excited then and experiencing a very special feeling."
Contrary to Ko Woo-Rim's calm recollection, the Forestella members reenacted his reaction at the time, saying, "Only 10% of what we know came out," and, "We thought, 'Is he crazy?'" which brought laughter.
Afterward, Jun Hyun-moo asked a follow-up question, "What happened after the first meeting?" Ko Woo-Rim said, "There was an occasion where Cho Min-kyu hyung treated Yeon-a to a meal. It happened to be my birthday then. Yeon-a sent a direct message saying, 'Is it your birthday?' first," drawing interest.
Meanwhile, when asked how they felt when they first heard that Kim Yeon-a and Ko Woo-Rim were dating, the Forestella members recalled the day Ko Woo-Rim indirectly announced he was dating.
Ko Woo-Rim said he touched his phone screen and showed it in front of everyone. On the screen was a photo of them holding hands, so they thought, "I guess that's how it is," and he added, "Looking back now, it was arrogant," which drew laughter.
