Actor Han Ga-in has been confirmed to appear on SNL Korea season 8.
On the 17th, SNL Korea revealed Shin Seong-rok, Choo Sung Hoon, and Han Ga-in as the host lineup. The three hosts are promising an even more powerful live show, raising viewers' expectations to the highest level.
Episode 5, which will be released on the 25th, will be led by Shin Seong-rok, a "Veteran" stage craftsman with 20 years of experience. Since his debut, he has showcased unique characters through stage, drama, and more, and through this "SNL Korea" he will challenge himself with his first live comedy show. Shin Seong-rok said, "I am very excited to have the opportunity because it is a stage I have longed for," and added, "In addition to bringing back my signature characters, I will completely let go of myself and deliver real laughs," throwing down a confident declaration.
Episode 6 will be decorated by Choo Sung Hoon, the "eternal fighter." He, who produced numerous "sexy Yama" memes during his past appearance, will unleash a sharper, rawer wit honed through recent YouTube and variety show appearances on the SNL Korea stage. Choo Sung Hoon said, "I never dreamed I would stand as a host again, but I will properly show you the more powerful 'ajossi comedy power,'" previewing a fiery performance.
Episode 7 will be passed on by Han Ga-in, the "free lady." Han Ga-in, who surprises and amuses the public with a reversal of charm hidden behind her graceful image, moved to episode 7 and revealed a manic obsession with comedy, saying, "I am full of the desire to make people laugh. With the help of the top crew members, I want to fall apart without restraint."
