On April 17, KBS 2TV Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant (hereafter "Fun-Staurant") will feature meticulous planner Hyomin inviting her close friend Noh Hee-young to her newlywed home for an honest conversation. In the process, not only Noh Hee-young but also Kim Jaejoong, who appears with her in the studio, and Hyomin's other close friends pour out testimony about Hyomin's husband, drawing attention to the main broadcast of "Fun-Staurant."
In the VCR shown that day, Hyomin planned a bright orange-themed spread—appetizer, main course and dessert all shining with a fresh orange hue—to suit Noh Hee-young's tastes. Noh Hee-young, known by the nickname "the witch," is a major figure in the culinary world who is also a marketing expert and served as a judge on the "MasterChef Korea" series, using her keen eye to discover future winners such as "Culinary Class Wars" champion Choi Kang-rok. With Noh Hee-young watching with a hawk's eye, Hyomin's kitchen that day was said to be filled with tension reminiscent of a survival program. What exactly happened?
After a cold meal that day, adviser Noh Hee-young praised Hyomin to the point that she could not stop, saying, "Hyomin is a friend who decisively pioneers her own future, and the more you see her, the more proud you are of her." She said Hyomin never does things halfheartedly. In fact, Hyomin persistently worked to the extent of obtaining the challenging Japanese cuisine cooking technician license, and as an entrepreneur she actively runs brands under her name that have achieved successive success.
Noh Hee-young went on to praise Hyomin, saying, "She married well; I'm really proud of her," and, "At first I worried about who she would marry. But when I actually met him, he was really great. His education, ability, even his looks and character were perfect and all good," praising Hyomin for making another smart decision in marriage. Watching the VCR in the studio, Hyomin's other close friend Kim Jaejoong also said, "(Hyomin's husband) is impressive in person. His character and temperament are perfect," sharing an anecdote about meeting him that had everyone listening.
Hyomin also did not hide her affection for her husband. She boasted that the person who takes many of the photos on Hyomin's social media, where she is active as an influencer, is none other than her husband with the golden touch. Hyomin shyly said, "My husband works hard," which drew laughter.
Meanwhile, Hyomin held a private wedding last April to a non-celebrity who works in the financial industry. Hyomin's husband is 10 years her senior and is known to be an executive director at a global private equity firm and a graduate of Seoul National University's industrial engineering department.<
