Singer Kim Dahyeon has taken on a heavy responsibility.
On the afternoon of the 16th, Kim Dahyeon received a letter of appointment from Chairperson Park Sugwan at the appointment ceremony for honorary promotional ambassadors for the 2026 Yeosu World Islands Expo held at the Yeosu Utop Marina Hotel & Resort GREEnwich Hall.
Kim Dahyeon is expected to promote the purpose of this expo well and work as an honorary promotional ambassador who will draw public interest based on the growing popularity of K-trot.
Kim Dahyeon said, "When you think of Yeosu, romance and the beautiful sea and islands come to mind. I hope that many people from Korea as well as from around the world will participate in and enjoy this 2026 Yeosu World Islands Expo, which is significant as the country's first islands expo, and that it will grow into a global festival where people come together."
Kim Dahyeon added, "I, too, will do my best as a promotional ambassador."
