Singer Hwasa recalled the film festival stage with actor Park Jeongmin.
On the 15th, SBS PowerFM's 'Wendy's Young Street' featured singer Hwasa, who released the digital single 'So Cute' on the 9th.
Hwasa said, "I was inspired by the phrase 'cuteness wins everything' and created this new song," revealing the behind-the-scenes story of 'So Cute.' When DJ Wendy asked when she feels cute, Hwasa said, "I think I'm a bit cute when I can't sleep and am dozing off and talking nonsense, and recently during a live stream communicating with fans I sang 'So Cute' as if talking in my sleep and felt cute then."
That day Hwasa also performed a live stage of the new song 'So Cute.' Wendy said, "Among the Youngs cast, she was a guest who used the studio the most ever," and added, "This song has a bright feeling that I like, but every time I listen to it I get choked up."
Hwasa performed a stage with Park Jeongmin at last year's 'Blue Dragon Film Awards' and performed a stage with Yoon Kyung-ho in 'Pgingyego.' In response to a listener's question asking which of the two stages she watched more, she said, "I only watched the stage with Park Jeongmin from a monitoring perspective because it reminded me of the tension and excitement at the time," and "I watched the stage with Yoon Kyung-ho much more," drawing attention.
A listener's tip also followed that Hwasa and Wendy had 'Geumjjok-i' traits as children. In response Hwasa confessed, "When I was young I thought wearing glasses looked cool so I lied to my mother that I couldn't see well," and "In the end I had to go for an eye exam, but before going I purposely put dirt in my eyes."
Hwasa also recommended Illit's 'Magnetic' as a "song I've recently thought was cute." She said she once showed it to fans because she felt it was cute when watching the stage, but fans reacted saying "because Hwasa did it it's a superconductor" and "it's adult magnetic," leaving her only hurt in the end.
