'Dad and I' featured Han Hye-jin recounting an episode when she fought with her daughter.
On the 15th episode of TV CHOSUN's "Dad and I," Han Hye-jin mentioned her family.
She was asked whether she tends to apologize first when she fights. Jun Hyun-moo said it seemed like she might sulk, and Han Hye-jin said "I was surprised at myself, I don't speak first, I was sulky," adding "my daughter always sends letters saying 'mom I'm sorry' and 'I won't do that again,' those letters piled up." She said her daughter is always the one who reaches out first.
Han Hye-jin laughed, saying "but she says it's not like that every time," and "still, my daughter and my husband apologize first; I'm sulking," prompting Jun Hyun-moo to retort "that's pathetic, pathetic," which drew laughter.
Sookyung said, "I suppress my emotions and tell my mom I'm sorry for getting angry," adding "I feel proud of myself inside," and Hyun Jun-yeop said he originally did not apologize first, but after appearing on "Dad and I" he ended up apologizing to his son. Later, the son also apologized, saying he was sorry. Han Hye-jin said, "I feel really unbecoming," embarrassed, offering an unexpected moment of self-reflection.
