Actor Yoon Jin was appalled by the shocking reality of private education costs.
Yoon Jin posted a video titled "Not a birthday party but a princess party" on her personal YouTube channel on the 14th. The released video shows Yoon Jin celebrating her eldest daughter J.'s birthday with her husband, enjoying a party with a family acquaintance at a hotel in Yangpyeong.
That day Yoon Jin prepared a pink outfit her daughter likes for her eldest daughter J., who was celebrating her birthday. The bright pink two-piece dressed the child like a princess, and the younger daughter, who likes her older sister, also smiled brightly, creating a warm, cheerful atmosphere.
Meanwhile, the family acquaintances met at a hotel in Yangpyeong and talked about their children's private education. Yoon Jin naturally asked about child education know-how, saying, "Please tell me the good things about my older daughter."
They listed various early education programs conducted from infancy and toddlerhood, such as Shichida and Brain Now. Yoon Jin worried, "Doesn't it cost too much?" and the acquaintance agreed, saying, "That's right. We really invested a lot with the first child. We did everything."
In fact, Yoon Jin's acquaintances added to the shock by saying, "Once you step into private education, it's hard to get out," and revealing, "tuition is 5 million won per month." When Yoon Jin exclaimed, "5 million won a month? Then is that 100 million won in two years?" her husband was also left speechless.
The acquaintances added, "That's why you shouldn't start. Yoon Jin was exasperated by her acquaintance's advice but worried. In particular, her husband drew attention by raising his voice about child education, saying, "The people around me who took the bar exam remember things like pictures."
Earlier, Yoon Jin married a husband who works in finance in 2022 and gave birth to two daughters.
