Actor Park Shin-hye has once again reached a "prime" in her life. After reaffirming her presence through acting, she also announced her second pregnancy, achieving meaningful successes in both career and family.
Park Shin-hye previously appeared on "You Quiz on the Block" and spoke about how she debuted as a child. She said, "All the church teachers were fans of Lee Seung-hwan, so they recommended I audition," and added, "I applied for the open audition with a photo my mother had taken because she wanted to keep it." After passing the first and second rounds, she ran from Gwangju to Seoul for five hours for the third audition and began trainee life in 2001 when she was in sixth grade. In the same year she appeared in the music videos "Do you love me?" and "Flower," sharing the behind-the-scenes story of her first steps into the entertainment industry.
Her acting career, which began that way, has continued to expand steadily to this day. In particular, in the recent tvN weekend drama Undercover Miss Hong, in which she is appearing, she captured both ratings and public attention, receiving a strong response and recognition for her acting. After recording the highest ratings in its time slot, it also topped popularity indicators, once again proving her status as a trusted actor.
Amid this, the news of her second pregnancy was delivered and she is receiving congratulations. On the 14th, her agency Salt Entertainment officially said, "It is true that Park Shin-hye is pregnant with her second child," and added, "The birth is expected this fall."
Earlier, Park Shin-hye married actor Choi Tae-joon and gave birth to her first son in 2022. Since the news of the second child came about four years later, the congratulations are even more enthusiastic.
Even after giving birth, Park Shin-hye continued her nonstop activities. From the dramas Doctor Slump and The Judge from Hell to Undercover Miss Hong, she has broadened her acting spectrum by showing different faces in each work, and having been recognized for her acting, she is also enjoying happy times at home.
