Band Sinawe vocalist Kim Bada announced he has parted ways with all members and his agency while being released without detention on charges of 'possession and inhalation of marijuana.'
Kim Bada said on the 14th, "I have decided to part ways with my former agency Another Place and all the members," and added, "I made this decision about a month ago. I felt it was not right for time to pass like this without fans knowing, so I stepped forward to tell you."
He continued, "I will come back someday with a good album," and apologized, saying, "Finally, I deeply reflect on and am sorry for my lapse that caused this situation."
Earlier, Kim Bada caused public controversy on charges of 'possession and inhalation of marijuana.'
On the 10th of last month, Judge Jo Yak-dol, who handles warrants at the Chuncheon District Court Sokcho Branch, rejected the arrest warrant requested for Kim Bada on charges of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics.
The judge cited the reason for rejection, saying, "There is insufficient explanation of the grounds for detention such as risk of flight and destruction of evidence."
Kim Bada was also caught by police in early 2010 on suspicion of smoking marijuana, and he is reported to have admitted to the allegations in this police investigation.
