Actor Lee Hae-in's building is being filled with tenants one by one.
On the 14th, Lee Hae-in posted on her social account a post saying "This is the building people said wouldn't work" along with a video capturing the building's atmosphere.
In the video, Lee Hae-in said, "They said this building wouldn't work. Six vacancies, no one would move in," and explained the situation, "The interest is 12 million won, but because of the vacancies I am bearing 6 million won myself."
Lee Hae-in did not give up. He said, "So I started filling them myself. The result? I filled two. Now I only bear about 3 million won a month. The atmosphere is changing. Four vacancies remain. I will try to fill them to the end."
Earlier, Lee Hae-in purchased a building in the 4 billion won range. Lee Hae-in, who bought the building with about a 3.2 billion won loan last year, said half of the building was vacant and that of the monthly 12 million won interest, he was bearing 6 million won himself.
But Lee Hae-in did not give up and worked to change the building's atmosphere, and as vacancies were filled the burden eased.
Meanwhile, Lee Hae-in debuted as a CF model in 2005 and became known through tvN "Fun TV Rollercoaster."
