Group Wanna One alumnus singer Kang Daniel shared an update after enlisting.
On the 13th, a new video was released on the Army Training Center's official YouTube channel titled "Recruitment promotion video for platoon leaders at the Army Training Center."
In the video, Kang Daniel appears saying, "Salute! I am Kang Daniel, platoon leader, 25th Regiment, 3rd Training Battalion, 11th Company," and explains how to become a platoon leader.
Kang Daniel said, "Even if you fall a little short of the qualification standards, if your will and potential are sufficient, you can apply anytime."
He added, "I was also selected as a platoon leader at the Army Training Center. I think the advantage is that during military service you can develop leadership by leading many people, and the pride of leading trainees to create elite soldiers myself is, above all, the greatest advantage," he emphasized.
Kang Daniel promised, "I will also do my best as a platoon leader of the Army Training Center to train the trainees into elite soldiers."
Meanwhile, Kang Daniel entered the Army Training Center on Feb. 9 and is expected to fulfill his national defense duty until Aug. 8, 2027. Also, the group Wanna One, to which Kang Daniel belongs, will meet fans again through the variety show "Wanna One Go: Back to Base" to be released on the 28th.<
