'MZ wannabe icon' IVE (IVE: Ahn Yujin·Gaeul·Ray·Jang Wonyoung·Reeze·Iseo) will take the stage at Tokyo Dome following Osaka Kyocera Dome in Japan. The return to Tokyo Dome after the first world tour in 2024 underscores IVE's local popularity.
On the 14th, agency Starship Entertainment said, "IVE will hold its second world tour 'Show What I Am (SHOW WHAT I AM)' at Tokyo Dome in Japan on June 24."
Earlier, IVE made its first entry into Tokyo Dome with the encore performance of the first world tour 'Show What I Have (SHOW WHAT I HAVE)' in 2024. At the time, tickets sold out for both days as soon as they opened, drawing about 95,000 spectators in total and attracting attention. They delivered a highly polished show with a solid setlist, dazzling performances and added band sound, earning a strong response. In addition, a special edition that focused on the performance was produced, and major local media ran it on their front pages, proving their overwhelming local popularity.
IVE opened the second world tour 'Show What I Am (SHOW WHAT I AM)' from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2 last year at KSPO Dome (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena) with an even more expanded musical spectrum and firmly built skills. Through this, they further solidified the group's identity based on strong teamwork and a distinct musical color, and the undisclosed solo stages by all members showed the "IVE as it is," adding meaning to the tour.
After successfully completing activities for its second full-length album 'REVIVE+ (Revive Plus)' in February, IVE recently resumed the 'Show What I Am' tour at Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The announced Tokyo Dome concert is raising the tour's momentum even more.
Before entering Tokyo Dome, IVE will continue the heat by holding 'Show What I Am' concerts at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan on the 18th and 19th.
