Chef Anh Sung-jae's Hong Kong restaurant sales were revealed.
On the 12th episode of KBS2's Sadanggwi (episode 352), which aired on the 12th, Jung Ho-young, Jung Ji-seon and Yang Jun-hyuk went to Hong Kong for on-site filming, and the scene of visiting Chef Anh Sung-jae's "Mosu Hong Kong" was shown.
That day, chef Jeong Jin-hwan, who serves as the executive chef of Mosu Hong Kong, appeared and reported on the local operation.
Regarding reservations, Chef Jeong said, "It was popular even before appearing on 'Culinary Class Wars', but reservations filled up really quickly right after the broadcast," drawing attention with, "Currently, reservations for a month are all full."
This drew attention to the scale of sales. Considering course prices of 200,000 won for lunch and 400,000 won for dinner, excluding alcohol sales, Jung Ho-young and Jung Ji-seon estimated daily sales to be around 20 million won, prompting surprise.
High rents were also mentioned. When Jung Ho-young guessed, "This building has a base monthly rent and with a five-year contract it seems to be around 60 million won," Chef Jeong Jin-hwan explained, "It's a structure where rent is paid in proportion to business," suggesting that actual costs may be higher than that.
