Comedian Yang Sang-guk bragged that he has been nonstop busy lately.
On the 13th, the SBS variety program 'Ani Geunde Jinjja' (abbreviated 'Ageunjin') aired, featuring a new-concept talk show 'Bad Guys,' with Kim Sung-kyun and Yang Sang-guk appearing as guests to showcase their wit.
On that day Lee Suji introduced her senior comedian Yang Sang-guk as "dominating Korea with his country bumpkin character." Yang Sang-guk bragged, "I have no days off these days. I've gotten a bit busier," drawing attention.
Tak Jae-Hoon joked, "Sang-guk is just a country bumpkin. But that country bumpkin character has been getting laughs lately," and Yang Sang-guk said, "I lived my whole life as a country bumpkin. But now people appreciate the country bumpkin," expressing that he is enjoying his heyday.
Later Yang Sang-guk mentioned, "I'm from Gimhae, and I lived in an even more rural area within Gimhae. I'm from Jinyeong-eup. How rural was it? I was born at home. A midwife grandmother delivered me," and Kai elicited laughter by not recognizing the very concept of a "midwife grandmother."
Yang Sang-guk added, "I hated autumn. When autumn comes you have to pick (Jinyoung's) dan-gam. So I said I couldn't live in the countryside and asked to be sent to study abroad. To Changwon," which drew more laughter.
Meanwhile Yang Sang-guk said, "Dialect changes before and after payment. Before payment the dialect is weak. After payment I use a full-on raw dialect(?)," showing the difference before and after payment and provoking laughter.
