LE SSERAFIM (LE SSERAFIM) returns with their second full-length album "PUREFLOW" pt.1. Ahead of that, they will release the lead single "CELEBRATION."
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) announced the release of their second full-length album at 12 a.m. on the 13th through the global superfans platform Weverse. It is their first full-length album in about three years since 2023's "UNFORGIVEN." "PUREFLOW" pt.1 deals with the changes and growth the five members experienced as they acknowledged and faced their fears. Having sung early in their career that "being fearless makes you strong," they deliver a new message with this record that "knowing fear made us stronger."
LE SSERAFIM also announced the release of the lead single "CELEBRATION." "CELEBRATION" is a song celebrating the moment the five members gained the inner strength to face these changes. It will be released at 1 p.m. on the 24th.
At 12 a.m. on the 13th, the HYBE Labels YouTube channel and Source Music's official SNS posted a logo motion for the new album. LE SSERAFIM has drawn much attention by creating stylish logos tailored to each album's concept. This time, the phrase "FOR WE ARE NOT FEARLESS, AND THEREFORE POWERFUL" appears over a subtle pattern. It then becomes clear that the album title "PUREFLOW" is an anagram of "POWERFUL."
The logo for the second full-length album is composed of a two-stage flow. The first stage expresses a state in which inner energy is condensed. The intense light at the center represents unshakable solidity, and the soft edges symbolize inner warmth. In the second stage, the condensed energy spreads outward, showing the process of meeting the world. Blue paint spreading visualizes the pure image implied by the album title "PUREFLOW."
LE SSERAFIM's second full-length album "PUREFLOW" pt.1 begins preorders today (the 13th) at 11 a.m. and will be officially released at 1 p.m. on May 22.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM showed strong momentum in the global music market with last October's single album "SPAGHETTI." The title track "SPAGHETTI (feat. j-hope of BTS)" achieved career highs on major music charts, reaching No. 50 on the Billboard main song chart "Hot 100," No. 46 on the U.K. "Official Singles Top 100," and high positions on Spotify and other major streaming charts.
