Actor Heo Nam-jun made a surprise appearance in Perfect Crown.
In MBC's Friday-Saturday drama Perfect Crown, Heo Nam-jun joined as Kim Yeon-jun, the man introduced to Hee-ju, bringing fresh energy.
In episode 2, which aired on the 11th, Yeon-jun had a short but intense meeting with Hee-ju against the backdrop of the royal art museum. Earlier, Yeon-jun's generous consideration, having understood Hee-ju's sudden matchmaking schedule change once before, continued at the blind date. Yeon-jun's awkward demeanor, hesitating as he watched Hee-ju engrossed in her work, brought smiles to viewers. Especially notable was his effort to continue the conversation with a noticeably tense voice and a flushed face.
That was only for a moment before Yeon-jun was taken aback by Hee-ju's cutting remark that treated their relationship strictly as a business. Overwhelmed by Hee-ju's arrogance, who pushed him by saying she would make him spend money for life and asking, "Can you give your whole self so that I can rise to the top?", he did not know how to respond to the continued rudeness and said, "Our marriage would be difficult," expressing refusal and leaving a bitter aftertaste and regret.
Meanwhile, Heo Nam-jun will return as Cha Se-gye, the lead in SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama Shinsegae, which premieres on May 8.
