On the 10th episode of the MBC variety show I Live Alone (abbreviated as "I Live Alone"), the daily life of comedian Kim Shin-young in her 14th year of living alone was featured, attracting attention.

She said, "I have an older brother three years older. I inherited shoes from him when I was young. I wanted to buy shoes freely when I could earn money," and added that she stopped counting after 700 pairs, raising expectations.
But all of Kim Shin-young's shoes showed no signs of use. When asked if they were for collection, Kim Shin-young explained, "I wear those shoes. But I hardly set foot on the ground," describing herself as an extreme homebody, and Park Ji-hyun asked, "Why go that far?" which brought laughter.
Kim Shin-young replied, "Aren't you happy?" Meanwhile, she owned sneakers she bought from her first part-time job and a pair she bought long ago for 300,000 won that has now become 35 million won. She joked, "If I sold all of these I could buy this house. But how could I abandon my i-dle?" adding to the laughter.
