'Sokpuri Show Dongchimi' actor Kim Byeong Sae spoke about marrying someone 15 years his junior.
On the 11th episode of MBN's 'Sokpuri Show Dongchimi' (hereafter 'Dongchimi'), actor Kim Byeong Sae appeared. Known for a gentle personality but having remained single his whole life, his sudden marriage surprised everyone. Kim Byeong Sae said, "There was a major event in 2018. In April my mother passed away, and because I was filming a drama I could not be at her deathbed," saying that in his unsettled state he was set up on a blind date by an acquaintance in the United States.
Kim Byeong Sae, who said he did not even know she was 15 years younger, said that at their first meeting his wife seemed to glow, and three weeks later he returned to the United States. After growing close to his wife, he decided to propose 100 days after they met.
Kim Byeong Sae said, "I've proposed several times in dramas, but when it was my turn my hands shook. Even the motion of taking out the ring was reflected in the window," laughing.
