Kim Sang-hyuk, formerly of the group Click-B, candidly said about TikTok personal broadcasts, "If it goes well, there are days when you can earn several hundred thousand won a day."
On the 10th, content titled '"[Emergency press conference] Click-B's Kim Sang-hyuk: update on his whereabouts"' was uploaded to Jang Seongkyu's YouTube channel Manlijeongseonggyu.
This content was a combination of '"conscience refrigerator"' and '"update olympics."' Jang Seongkyu invited Kim Sang-hyuk as a guest. The two are elementary school classmates and while sharing updates, Kim Sang-hyuk also revealed the current situations of nostalgic singers from that era such as Untitle, Taesaja, and UP.
Kim Sang-hyuk said, "Untitle's Junghwan hyung runs a chicken restaurant near our shop. Geonhyung hyung got big by singing Psy hyung's song. Even the arrangement fees come in internationally," and added, "NRG's Myeonghun hyung is appearing on broadcasts, Yumin hyung runs a cafe, Seonghun hyung is doing business in the United States, and Seongjin hyung is on TikTok."
To this, Jang Seongkyu mentioned, "I was curious because I heard actor Im Joo-hwan was diligently working part-time," and Kim Sang-hyuk added, "He does TikTok. The response on TikTok is good."
Also, Jang Seongkyu mentioned actor Park Si-Hoo, who was recently reported to be earning around 500 million won a month from TikTok. Jang Seongkyu said, "They said Park Si-Hoo is incredibly hot. Four people do a joint broadcast to see which fans send more money," expressing curiosity.
Kim Sang-hyuk responded, "It's a culture of competing in who receives more support," and candidly added, "(If it goes viral) there are days when you can earn several hundred (thousand won) a day. The people who do well do."
