The MBC variety program I Live Alone aired on the 10th and featured comedian Kim Shin-young's 14th year living alone.
Kim Shin-young's house revealed that day drew attention for having a shoe room and a denim room. He said that when he gets obsessed with something he goes all the way, and he even owns denim worth tens of millions of won, which surprised viewers.
Later Kim Shin-young said, "I have an older brother three years my senior. I grew up wearing hand-me-down shoes. When I could earn money, I wanted to buy shoes to my heart's content," and said there was a time when shoes were her life goal.
When Code Kunst reacted, "It looks like a few thousand pairs," Kim Shin-young replied, "I counted up to 700 pairs and then stopped counting," showing a cool mood.
She said she still owns the sneakers she bought from her first part-time job, and that she has a pair she bought for 300,000 won that is now worth 35 million won.
She joked, "If I sell all of this I can buy this house. But how could I abandon i-dle?" which added to the laughter. She added that she customizes shoes as a hobby in a studio located in a corner of the living room.
She said, "I received seven custom design registration certificates. I have a strong creative drive. I like making new things and expressing new ideas," and amazed viewers by altering pajama lengths without cutting and immediately realizing designs in her head.
