Group Click-B's former member Kim Sang-hyuk confessed that he lost two APT. units and an officetel to a fraud, and it was revealed that the market price of those APT. units has risen fivefold.
Kim Sang-hyuk appeared on broadcaster Jang Seongkyu's YouTube channel 'Manrijang Seongkyu', which was released on the 10th, to talk about his recent situation.
That day, Jang Seongkyu mentioned an anecdote about a past fraud while talking about Kim Sang-hyuk's recent situation.
Kim Sang-hyuk said, "The big fraud was that my mother, saying she was doing business at home, used our house as collateral to build a motel, but she was defrauded and lost two APT. units and an officetel."
He added in detail, "It was really the Jangmi APT. right in front of the Han River in Songpa District. It had a Han River view. I lost that and the Lotte Castle officetel in front of it."
Surprised, Jang Seongkyu searched the current market price of the APT. and said, "The market price was 600 million to 700 million won in 2008, but the recent actual transaction price is 3.5 billion won." Kim Sang-hyuk resignedly said, "It's fine.." and added, "If they live well, that's fine."
Earlier, Kim Sang-hyuk revealed on the KBS 2TV variety show Mr. House Husband, which aired in April last year, that he had been defrauded of about 2.3 billion won. At the time, Kim Sang-hyuk said his mother had been defrauded and was living in a 15-pyeong house.

She paid tens of millions of won in interest every month, and then suddenly she cried loudly in her room." In the end, Kim Sang-hyuk had no choice but to sell the two APT. units he owned.
Kim Sang-hyuk is currently busy doing five different jobs. From the restaurant business to clothing, supplements, bag design and personal broadcasting (TikTok), he said, "If performance is good, I earn several tens of millions a month," attracting attention.
