The group TOMORROW X TOGETHER acts out delicate emotional lines in the title track music video ahead of their comeback.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) released a music video teaser for the title track "Harue Haruman Deo (Stick With You)" from their mini 8th album 7TH YEAR: 가시덤불에 잠시 바람이 멈췄을 때 on HYBE Labels' YouTube channel at 12:00 a.m. on the 11th.
The video begins with Soobin dancing with a woman in the rain. His expression soon dries, and Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai also reveal emotions overcome by anxiety. At the end of the five members' gazes is a woman, arousing curiosity. The cinematic direction and the five members' deep eye acting increase immersion. Actor Jeon Jong-seo appears at the end of the video, adding interest. Jeon Jong-seo bolstered the film-like narrative with densely felt emotional acting. The music arranged in a ballad version further elevates the video's poignant atmosphere.
"Harue Haruman Deo (Stick With You)" is an electro pop song notable for its addictive, powerful chorus melody. TOMORROW X TOGETHER shows the heartbreaking desire to hold on to a love that seems to have an end.
The mini album 7TH YEAR: 가시덤불에 잠시 바람이 멈췄을 때, scheduled for release at 6 p.m. on the 13th, is TOMORROW X TOGETHER's first group record since re-signing with their agency, BigHit Music, last year. It contains honest feelings felt through seven years of activity and the re-signing. Universal emotions such as anxiety and emptiness about the future are expected to resonate with global listeners.
The new release includes six tracks in total: the title track "Harue Haruman Deo (Stick With You)", "Bed of Thorns", "Take Me to Nirvana (feat. 万Vinida Weng)", "So What", "21st Century Romance" and "The Next of Next". The members participated in the album's theme as well as song lyric writing and composing, adding authenticity.
