JYP Entertainment boy group KickFlip released behind-the-scenes photos from the new song's music video, raising expectations for their comeback activities.
KickFlip released their fourth mini album My First Kick and the title track I want to be annoying on the 6th at 6 p.m. and made their comeback. The new album, which depicts the fresh beginnings of youth, and the new song I want to be annoying, characterized by KickFlip's playful charm, have attracted hot interest from fans at home and abroad.
JYP Entertainment released behind-the-scenes cuts of the I want to be annoying music video thanks to the love sent by WeFlip (fandom name: WeFlip). Gyehun, Donghwa, Juwang, Minje, KJ, and Donghyun captured refreshing energy with clear smiles, and scenes of them running up a hill against a cozy sunset backdrop drew attention by conveying the free atmosphere of youth.
KickFlip will mark their first week of comeback by appearing on Mnet's M Countdown on the 9th, KBS 2TV's MUSIC BANK on the 10th, MBC's Show! Music Core on the 11th, and SBS's Inkigayo on the 12th. On music shows they will perform two songs, including the title track I want to be annoying and the included track Backwards, showcasing the potential of a next-generation K-pop stage craftsperson.
The title track I want to be annoying is a dance song based on hyper punk and features KickFlip's unreserved, forward love energy that is addictive. Backwards is a track notable for its unpredictable development that boldly twists the grammar of existing genres and is characterized by its cheerful charm. Leader Gyehun participated in the songwriting for both the title track I want to be annoying and the included track Backwards, proving his musical capabilities.
KickFlip will hold a pop-up store at LCDC SEOUL in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, through the 13th to commemorate their comeback.
