NEXZ is kicking off a full-fledged comeback.
On the afternoon of the 8th, NEXZ (Tomoya, Yuu, Haru, Sogeon, Seita, Huey, Yuki) released the tracklist for their second single album "Mmchk" on their official SNS channels.
According to the tracklist, the new release includes a total of three songs, including the title track "Mmchk," "HYPEMAN" (Hype Man), and "Mmchk (English Version)" (Mmchk (English version)).
In particular, NEXZ members attracted attention by directly participating in the songwriting for the new release. The title track "Mmchk" lists Yuki, Huey, and Tomoya in the credits, and the second track "HYPEMAN" was written solely by Yuki and Tomoya.
NEXZ wrote the lyrics for "Next Zeneration" on their 2024 mini album 1st "NALLINA" (Nallina) and "Next To Me" from last year's mini album 3rd "Beat-Boxer" (Beat-Boxer), and this time they handled the songwriting for all the tracks on the release, raising expectations.
To celebrate their first comeback of 2026, NEXZ is preparing a variety of offline events to boost fan excitement. On the day before the comeback, the 26th at 1 p.m., they will hold "Mmchk": The Pre-Listening Party ("Mmchk": The Pre-Listening Party), and on the album release day, the 27th at 8 p.m., they will hold a comeback showcase, NEXZ COMEBACK SHOWCASE 'Mmchk'.
They will then hold the NEXZ GLOBAL SHOWCASE EVENT in Taipei on May 4, Hong Kong on June 6, Bangkok on July 4 and other locations to meet fans in each region. The second single "Mmchk" and its title track of the same name, which will be a booster for NEXZ, a JYP global prospect, will be released on the 27th (Monday) at 6 p.m.
