Park Sung-woong's family's runaway commotion stirs Yeonriri.
Today (the 9th) at 9:50 p.m., the KBS 2TV miniseries 'Shim Woomyeon Yeonriri' (directed by Choi Yeon-su, written by Song Jeong-rim and Wang Hye-ji) episode 3 will show Seong Tae-hoon (played by Park Sung-woong) and Jo Mi-ryeo (played by Lee Soo-kyung) running all over Yeonriri to find their two runaway sons.
In the previous episode, Seong Tae-hoon faced a crisis in his cabbage farming due to interference from Im Joo-hyung (played by Lee Seo-Hwan). He became an outsider in the village, but refusing to give up, he succeeded in sprouting cabbage after devoting himself to experiments such as replacing fertilizer with cow manure. However, just as the tense standoff between the two men reached its peak, Seong Tae-hoon's two sons ran away, bringing great confusion to the Seong family's daily life.
The stills released today show the Seong Tae-hoon family searching the neighborhood with residents into the night for the children. The eldest son of the Seong family, Seong Ji-cheon (played by Lee Jinwoo), also searches around the village, anxiously and tirelessly looking for his younger siblings, his worry exploding.
Earlier, Jo Mi-ryeo, who showed symptoms of shortness of breath in front of members of the mothers' association, heads home with Nam Hye-seon (played by Nam Kwon-ah) and Lee Seon-ja (played by Lee Seon-hee), but she is shocked to find the inside in disarray. Her tearful plea to residents for help in tracing the whereabouts of her two sons evokes sympathy.
Meanwhile, Seong Tae-hoon and Wang Dong-sik (played by Park Suk-won) comb Yeonriri to find the children, struggling fiercely. Ultimately, Seong Tae-hoon finds one shoe of his second son Seong Ji-sang (played by Seo Yoon-hyeok) in the village and is overcome with anxiety.
As tension peaks on Seong Tae-hoon's distraught face, unexpected events befall the runaway Seong Ji-sang and Seong Ji-gu (played by Yang Woo-hyeok). Attention focuses on the upcoming broadcast to see whether Seong Tae-hoon and Jo Mi-ryeo can safely find the two children and how the unpredictable pair will adapt to Yeonriri.
