Actor Eom Gi-jun appears on Radio Star.
On the show Radio Star airing today (8th), the MBC variety show will be presented as a 'The King's Warden' special featuring actors Kim Sooro, Eom Gi-jun, Park Geon-hyung and Kim Hyeong-muk.
On the day, Eom Gi-jun recalls his past appearance on 'Radio Star' and recounts the experience of being scolded by Kim Gu Ra after answering questions with short replies. He is expected to honestly relay the situation at the time and provoke laughter.
He also says that his usually quiet personality and his stage presence are starkly different. In daily life he is taciturn, but on stage he shows chameleonlike charm depending on the character and even revealed an episode in which he did not hesitate to dress as a woman.
Eom Gi-jun also reveals his connection with Kim Sooro. He mentions a relationship that has continued since his rookie days and tells the story of how they went from having polar opposite tensions to becoming close senior and junior friends. He also reveals a twist that changes before and after 'deposit' because of a special ability(?) he has as an actor, bringing laughter.
He then talks about his experience filming a Japanese action movie produced by Ma Dong-seok and behind-the-scenes stories from the set. In a film reminiscent of the Japanese version of 'The Outlaws', he played the right-hand man of an organized crime boss and handled the action, revealing his story of taking on a new challenge.
He also shares an unexpected reaction he experienced after the broadcast of 'The Penthouse'. He adds to the laughter by revealing the episode in which the so-called 'Dooly song' he sang while portraying the vicious psychopath 'Joo Dan-tae' became a hot topic and even got scolded by 'Baby Dinosaur Dooly'. The show airs tonight at 10:30 p.m.<
