The five-member band Klang Ruler, leading the new wave of music in the country, will come to Korea as a full group.
According to live entertainment brand LIVET on the 8th, Klang Ruler will hold their first visit-to-Korea concert, Klang Ruler 2026 「Magnet+TOUR」 in Seoul, at Hyundai Card Understage in Seoul on June 27, and meet domestic fans.
In particular, singer-songwriter Minsu, loved for his distinctive vocal tone and refined sensibility, will join as a guest to lend support for this first visit-to-Korea concert. The meeting of Minsu, who has a solid fandom through distinctive activities, and Klang Ruler promises a special chemistry and is raising expectations for the show to a peak.
Formed in 2015 around vocalist and genius track maker yonkey, Klang Ruler aims for "new-age pop music," blending nostalgic retro sounds with a modern sensibility. In particular, yonkey has already demonstrated outstanding musical ability by producing global hits such as Otanaburu (オトナブル) and Tokyo Calling for New School Leaders.
They rose as an icon of Millennials and Gen Z by setting major records, including five consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the TikTok weekly chart and 2 billion streams, with their 2021 cover of Black Biscuit's classic "Timing (~Timing~)." They solidified their position as a leading band by consecutively hitting with songs such as the ending theme "Unbelievable" for the animation Trillion Game and "Teenage Blue," which recorded 10 million views on social media before its official release.
Starting in June, Klang Ruler will embark on the largest tour in the band's history, a nationwide Japan tour of 17 live house venues, signaling a full-fledged craze. Fans are already eager to see what kind of energy Klang Ruler, promising sound that transcends eras and explosive live performances, will bring to the Seoul stage.
Meanwhile, tickets for Klang Ruler's visit-to-Korea concert will be available exclusively through Melon Ticket from 8 p.m. on April 15.
