"Choiwoo Mountain" is MBC's top entertainers' "mountain variety." It is a new work that brings together You Se Yoon, Jang Dong-min, Boom, Yang Se-hyung—who had a delightful showdown for the top prize at the 2025 MBC Entertainment Awards—and Heo Kyunghwan, who is currently a trend in MBC variety.
In the main poster released with it, You Se Yoon, Jang Dong-min, Heo Kyunghwan, Boom and Yang Se-hyung pose in stylish suits that recall year-end award ceremonies, adding to the intrigue. Among them, You Se Yoon, who won the prestigious top prize at the 2025 MBC Entertainment Awards, draws attention as he confidently takes center stage holding a golden trophy.
Behind the five is the vast mountain that will be their main stage for the summit battle, and the logo also shapes a mountain to pique curiosity. The self-proclaimed six-sided top entertainers, perfectly equipped with talk, stamina and sense, will perform a variety of missions on mountain trails to test their abilities and deliver unpredictable laughs, the program noted.
Meanwhile, a poster that looks like a family photo of You Se Yoon, Jang Dong-min, Heo Kyunghwan, Boom and Yang Se-hyung, now one family as "Choiwoo Mountain (山)," was also released, drawing attention. The friendly composition, familiar background and slightly stiff poses recreate the atmosphere of a classic family photo, and the poster alone raises expectations for their performances that reveal entertainers to the bone.
Among them, Heo Kyunghwan has recently joined the MBC variety show Hangout With Yoo as a regular member, drawing intense interest.
