Most of the new songs by T.O.P, a singer formerly of the group Big Bang, cannot be heard on KBS.
According to the KBS music review results announced on the 8th, seven songs among those included on T.O.P's first full-length album "Multiple Perspectives" were judged ineligible.
A total of 195 songs were reviewed in this KBS music review, with 188 deemed eligible and 7 deemed ineligible. All seven ineligible songs were T.O.P's songs.
The songs by T.O.P that were judged ineligible in the review include "BE SOLID", "Gokkalkoon", "The feeling of living in Seoul", "Another Dimension Holy Dude!!!!!!!", "ZERO-CAKE", and "I'm totally crazy". These songs were judged ineligible for reasons such as lyrics containing "swear words·vulgar language·crude expressions" and lyrics that violate broadcasting review regulation Article 46 (restrictions on advertising effect), such as mentioning specific product brands.
T.O.P released the full-length album "Multiple Perspectives (ANOTHER DIMENSION)" through various online music sites at 6 p.m. on the 3rd.
After its release, it recorded about 1.47 million streams on Spotify, the world's largest music platform, on its first day of release, which is the highest first-day record among K-pop solo artists who released music in 2026 and a new record as the first solo album this year to surpass the 1 million mark.
For T.O.P's comeback, G-Dragon and Taeyang also showed support by posting related images on their social accounts without particular comments, but most were judged ineligible in the KBS music review and thus cannot be heard. However, since it is possible to receive a re-examination after T.O.P's side modifies or deletes the parts that caused the ineligibility, T.O.P's response is drawing attention.
