Seomin-jeong revealed her recent life after a long time.
On the 6th, Seomin-jeong posted on her personal Instagram, saying, "I think all mothers will relate, but my photo album also only has pictures of my daughter and Ginger (pet dog)," and added, "I left one photo of myself from a spring day in 2026."
In the released photo, Seomin-jeong's appearance looks largely unchanged from her role in the 2006 MBC sitcom "High Kick!", making it even more eye-catching. Her smiling eyes are unchanged as well.
Seomin-jeong said, "There are still cold days mixed in among the warm spring days, but whenever I see pretty flowers blooming everywhere and wonder when they opened so fully, I smile broadly and think, 'Wow~~ really pretty~~,'" and shared photos of cherry blossoms she took herself.
She continued, "On the last night of spring break I couldn't sleep so I made this post and sent it.. I hope a complete spring with only warm days has come now," and added, "Everyone, have a happy, warm spring day. See the pretty cherry blossoms, stay healthy, and always be happy."
Seeing this, Jang Young-ran left a comment saying, "Min-jeong, I'm really so glad. Stay happy, still-beautiful Min-jeong," and announcer Lee Jae-eun wrote, "Spring in New York! So pretty! Have a happy spring day, sunbae."
Meanwhile, Seomin-jeong, born in 1979, played English teacher Seomin-jeong at Poongpa High in "High Kick!" which aired from 2006 to 2007. Seomin-jeong married Korean American dentist Ahn Sang-hoon in 2007 and moved to the United States, and in 2008 she welcomed her daughter Ahn Ye-jin.
