In episode 351 of 'Sadanggwi,' airing today (the 5th), Jung Ho-young, Jung Ji-seon and Yang Jun-hyuk, who went on a site tour to Hong Kong, enter chef Anh Sung-jae's 'Mosu Hong Kong' located inside a museum. The three cannot close their mouths at the overwhelming scale that resembles an exhibition hall. They gush over the unique Mosu— from the open kitchen to the museum-like interior design, dazzling lighting, Korean objects, and private rooms where you can enjoy meals while viewing museum exhibits.
Seeing the open kitchen placed at the entrance, Jung Ho-young laughs and explains, "This is Mosu Hong Kong's kitchen and it's set up as an 'open chicken'," prompting laughter. When Kim Sook asks, "Is the chicken open?", Jung Ho-young jokingly replies, "Ah! It was an open kitchen," causing bursts of laughter.
Jung Ji-seon, who flexed 5 million won at 'Mosu Seoul' with his staff, expresses expectation, saying, "I'm also curious about the taste of 'Mosu Hong Kong'." In response to Kim Sook's question, "Haven't you been to 'Mosu Seoul'?", Jung Ho-young recounts his failed reservation experience, saying, "'Mosu Seoul' is hard to reserve," which brings laughter.
Jung Ho-young reveals, "The dinner price per person at 'Mosu Hong Kong' is about 400,000 won," surprising everyone. Meanwhile, Mosu's signature dish, "abalone taco," appears and captures attention. At the visual of the "abalone taco," Kim Sook's eyes widen and Park Myung Soo exclaims, "It's amazing," admiring the dish like a work of art. Jung Ho-young highly praises it, saying, "Crispy yuba with tender abalone and the scent of gim combine to feel like the sea captured as-is," making people more curious about its taste.
