Moon Seyoon is parting ways with FNC Entertainment Co.
On the 5th, agency FNC Entertainment Co. told OSEN, "It is correct that the contract with Moon Seyoon will end in May."
Earlier in January, FNC Entertainment Co. said in an official press release that it would end its variety·broadcaster management business as a measure to accelerate future growth through restructuring its business.
At the time, FNC said, "We have shared opinions through deep discussions with our affiliated variety·broadcast talents. Accordingly, we will not renew contracts and plan to wind down management operations sequentially, and we will not spare necessary support until the end," and "We sincerely thank everyone who has worked with FNC as affiliated variety broadcasters and the fans who have given long and generous love."
Moon Seyoon formed ties with FNC in May 2015 and continued the relationship for more than 11 years. However, earlier this year, as FNC Entertainment Co. announced the termination of its variety and broadcaster management business, Moon Seyoon naturally left the agency.
Meanwhile, Moon Seyoon debuted in 2003 as a sixth-term comedian on SBS. He later was active through 웃찾사 and Comedy Big League, and appears on variety shows such as "Delicious Guys," "2 Days & 1 Night," and "Amazing Saturday."
