Actor Seo Inguk shared behind-the-scenes stories about his romantic chemistry with Jisoo.
On the 2nd, a video titled "'Boyfriend on Demand' Seo Inguk permanently subscribed (You become my husband)" was posted on the YouTube channel Elle Korea.
In the video, Seo Inguk recounted behind-the-scenes details of filming with Jisoo for the Netflix series "Boyfriend on Demand."
Regarding the kiss scene that drew particular attention, he said, "My hands were so cold they turned purple. I even hid my ears with makeup and filmed," and confessed, "My face was frozen so I don't even know how I delivered my lines." He added, "It was always a battle with the cold," recalling the situation at the time.
Seo Inguk also drew attention when he said, "We went to karaoke and sang 'Our love as it is' together," and added, "It was truly an honor."
He continued talking about the character who played two roles in the drama. When asked to choose a romantic partner between Park Kyung-nam and Goo Young-il, he picked Park Kyung-nam, explaining, "He is calm but playful, so you can feel both fun and comfort at the same time." Mentioning Park Kyung-nam as a character similar to his real personality, he added, "I resemble him in that I like watching cartoons and eating tangerines at home."
He also revealed his self-care secrets for the role. Seo Inguk said, "Because a romantic comedy must evoke excitement, I lose weight," and candidly said, "There is no secret. I just eat less and endure."
He then joked, "I know that the less fat I have the prettier I am, but that means 15kg of happiness disappears," drawing laughter.
