TOMORROW X TOGETHER's comeback is about ten days away.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Subin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) released a teaser film for their eighth mini album '7TH YEAR: 가시덤불에 잠시 바람이 멈췄을 때' at 12 a.m. on the 3rd.
The video titled "A Thorn: Untold Stories" captured the five members' overwhelming visuals and a fantasy atmosphere. After drawing attention earlier with four versions of concept photos, this time they revealed the new album's mood through a video. At the end of the video, their gazes into the camera leave a strong lingering impression.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER will release 7TH YEAR: 가시덤불에 잠시 바람이 멈췄을 때 on April 13. This is the first group album they are presenting after all members re-signed with their agency, BigHit Music, last year. The new album contains thoughts and feelings they have experienced during the seven years since their debut. In particular, they focused on the inner anxiety and uncertainty about the future encountered during that process and likened it to "thorns." '7TH YEAR: 가시덤불에 잠시 바람이 멈췄을 때' refers to a moment of calm that briefly appears amid a time of shaking pain.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER has organically expanded album narratives through series such as "The Dream Chapter," "The Chaos Chapter," "The Name Chapter," "The Star Chapter," and the "minisode" series, depicting the story of a boy forming relationships with the world and growing. This album is more meaningful in that the five members personally act as narrators to convey their inner thoughts.
Expectations are reaching a peak ahead of the comeback. TOMORROW X TOGETHER held an offline listening session for fans on March 31 and revealed all the tracks from the new album. Positive reviews from fans who attended the event have grown the interest of global music fans.
Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER has been maintaining the comeback atmosphere by appearing on various programs recently, including tvN's "Amazing Thursday," "Amazing Saturday," and the web variety show "Salon Drip."
