Singer Jang Min Ho transforms into a health guardian for housewife viewers.
Jang Min Ho is the main host of MBC's new health program Today N Baekse Login (hereafter Baekse Login), which premieres today (the 3rd).
Baekse Login departs from existing programs that simply list health knowledge and is a "health refresh project" that closely examines the life concerns and realistic health problems faced by middle-aged and older adults and provides customized solutions.
In particular, Jang Min Ho, who has established himself as a "trusted host," will lead the program, raising expectations. At the first recording, Jang Min Ho expressed a special sense of responsibility, saying, "I lost sleep worrying about how our older brothers and sisters can live a healthy life for 100 years." He went on to express a solid ambition, saying, "If I have comforted hearts with song until now, I will now take the lead in learning and sharing so people can take good care of their health," warming the atmosphere at the scene.
In episode 1 of Baekse Login, the hot topic of an aging society, "no-no (elderly supporting elderly)," is addressed. It will reveal heartbreaking stories of middle-aged and older adults who, in a reality where children in their 60s and 70s care for parents in their 80s and older, experience economic burdens and caregiving stress and lose track of their own health signals in the process.
At the first recording, Jang Min Ho was joined by MBC announcer Park Yeon Kyung and comedian Lee Kyung Ae. Lee Kyung Ae plans to share vivid experiences she had while caring for her parents at the same time, eliciting viewers' sympathy. Joined by gastroenterologist Kim Dong Chun and family medicine specialist Lee Hyun Hee, they are expected to present practical medical information in an easy and entertaining way.
In particular, the production team emphasized regarding hiring Jang Min Ho as host, "We will select only the key information that viewers really need from the overflowing information and deliver it simply and comfortably," adding, "Jang Min Ho's delicate communication skills combined with experts' sharp analysis will become a milestone in helping viewers live healthy 100-year lives."
Baekse Login, hosted by Jang Min Ho, premieres today, Friday, at 6:05 p.m.
