"Single's Inferno5" Lee Seong-hoon updated fans that he signed a contract for a ultra-luxury Han River-view APT.
On the 3rd, Lee Seong-hoon shared a video introducing his new Han River-view home on his social account.
In the video, Lee Seong-hoon was asked "How is the layout of the house?" and he flaunted his wealth, saying, "Three rooms, two bathrooms. I live in New York. I found a place to stay briefly in Korea. I like the Han River view, so I found a Han River-view space."
He said it had only been one day since he moved in and "there is nothing yet, so I'm talking to an interior designer," adding "I want it to feel like a hotel" as he outlined his interior plans.
In particular, the property Lee Seong-hoon signed for was listed in detail on the real estate agent's account. The apartment is Trimage, a landmark in Seongsu-dong, and recently a 38-pyeong unit made headlines after a transaction for 6.3 billion won. It is a high-end residential complex with everything from views of Seoul Forest and the Han River to a casual dining lounge, spa, sauna and gym, and is also known to be home to celebrities such as Son Heung-min and BTS J-Hope.
This property, offered as a quick sale, is for sale at 6.2 billion won, or available for monthly lease at 500 million won/10 million won. Amid this, Lee Seong-hoon said he had signed a contract for the property, surprising many.
Lee Seong-hoon graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in computer science, and worked as a software engineer at Google's headquarters. He later moved to Jump Trading and is currently employed there, and recently appeared on the Netflix dating reality show "Single's Inferno5," raising his public profile. After the broadcast, he was even swept up in rumors of a 1 billion won annual salary, but he denied it on YouTube, saying, "No."
