'Show Me the Money 12' will crown its long-awaited champion.
Mnet's 'Show Me the Money 12' ranked first in the Good Data Corporation FUNdex TV-OTT drama·non-drama integrated buzz category for the fourth week of March, maintaining momentum through the end. In episode 12, which will be broadcast live tonight (the 2nd) at 9:20 p.m., the final stage—the last gateway to the championship—will be revealed. Attention is focused on who will emerge as the new icon of the hip-hop scene among a record-high 36,000 applicants.
In the final, fierce competition will unfold among Kim Ha-on, Now I'm Young, Mason Home, Mili, and Trevi (in alphabetical order). Kim Ha-on has shown unwavering skill with no losses in any mission; Now I'm Young has attracted attention in the hip-hop scene not only for visuals but also for a trendy sensibility; Mason Home dramatically survived to reach the final alongside Now I'm Young through "Yaksha: Ruthless Operations"; Mili is the only global rapper and female rapper among the finalists; and Trevi proved an outstanding presence with solid skill and grit, making for a tense TOP 5 showdown.
In the trailer released ahead of the final, the finalists' grim resolve is captured as they say "the goal is to win" and "we will prepare as if cutting bone and slicing flesh," heightening the tension. As the final wraps up a 12-week journey, a spectacular lineup of featuring artists as well as the last stage to ignite the five finalists' passion are promised, raising expectations.
The special stages are also must-see points. Appearing to make the final even more spectacular is the team that left a legend in the 'Hell's Song Camp' 4:4 team mission, 'Team Rafr Sando' (Kwon O-seon, Rafr Sando, Aiyan, Jeffrey White). The four will heat up the final with the previously striking track "PUBLIC ENEMY." Given fans' strong requests such as "please release it as a single," attention is on what new charms this special stage will reveal. In addition, a special stage by five rappers who appeared in the TVING original "Yaksha: Ruthless Operations Part 2" will also further illuminate the final.
As overwhelming stages that will adorn the final unfold, who will take the coveted championship can be seen in the live final broadcast starting tonight (the 2nd) at 9:20 p.m.<
