Actor Lee Sul joins "Goldland."
On the 2nd, her agency 935 Entertainment said Lee Sul will appear as Cha Yu-jin in the new Disney+ original series "Goldland."
"Goldland" is a gold-hued survival thriller in which customs officer Hee-ju (Park Boyoung) who obtained 150 billion won in gold bullion from a smuggling organization fights to claim the gold amid greed and betrayal. In particular, this work is actress Park Boyoung's first challenge in the crime genre, completing a solid lineup with Kim Sung-Cheol, Lee Hyun-wook and Lee Kwangsoo, drawing anticipation.
Among them, Lee Sul plays Cha Yu-jin, the head of the security team at an international airport. A character with cool judgment and quick situational response skills, she will vividly portray Cha Yu-jin's cold decision-making and unpredictable choices with her restrained acting and dense expressiveness, adding tension throughout the drama.
Lee Sul has previously proven stable acting skills and presence in numerous works. She is expected to show another acting transformation in this work by portraying both cool charisma and delicate emotional lines at the same time.
Lee Sul's "Goldland" will be released on the 29th. It is scheduled to be released in a total of 10 episodes, two episodes per week.
