Mamamoo member Moonbyul released the performance video for her comeback single 'Hertz'.
Moonbyul drew attention by releasing the performance video for the title track 'Hertz' from her third single 'REV' on her official YouTube channel on the 31st of last month.
In the released video, Moonbyul showcased a sporty charm in a casual black training set paired with a hairband and fingerless gloves. Moonbyul amplified the energy with choreography that conveyed a sense of speed over a rhythmic beat.
Especially, fully riding her own frequency, Moonbyul delivered an addictive performance, sometimes powerful and sometimes flexible in tempo control. She enthralled viewers by adding hand movements that shaped the frequency to the repeating chorus lyrics.
'Hertz' is a song in which Moonbyul's voice layers on top of a strong beat to convey explosive charm, and Moonbyul proved her musical ability by participating in the lyrics and composition herself. 'Hertz' quickly secured positions on major domestic music charts such as Bugs and Vibe immediately after its release and is running a steep rise.
Having launched a successful comeback, Moonbyul will hold a solo fan meeting, '[念念不忘 星有回·MOON BYUL FANMEETING IN SHANGHAI]', in Shanghai, China, on the 11th, where she will meet local fans and engage with them warmly. The fan meeting title conveys the meaning 'if you think earnestly, the result will surely return,' and it adds symbolic meaning by using the character '星 (star)' that symbolizes Moonbyul.
