On the 1st, the YouTube channel 'Just Lee Mi-joo' released a video titled 'Lee Mi-joo starts wedding preparations | full reveal from proposal to bridal care'.
The video showed Lee Mi-joo receiving special bridal care for a day under the concept of a prospective bride to mark April 1, April Fools' Day. Lee Mi-joo experienced high-intensity treatments through an April Fools' event prepared by the production team and saw weight loss effects through enzyme packs and other treatments.
To the production staff who called her 'bride,' Lee Mi-joo said, "Can I expect something today? Are you going to find the groom?" and said, "My ideal type should be kind, speak nicely, eat well, be manly, and love me." The production team explained it was an April Fools' event, noting the broadcast date was April 1, and Lee Mi-joo's cold stare and deflated reaction drew laughter.
While receiving treatments, Lee Mi-joo worried, "I don't know if there will be someone to take me. What if a groom never appears in my life?" When told by the 'Just Lee Mi-joo' team to take responsibility if they caused her not to meet a boyfriend, the production team said, "We'll set you up on a blind date," and Lee Mi-joo replied, "I'm always open. I'm 33," publicly soliciting a proposal. Regarding proposals, Lee Mi-joo said, "I have no romantic fantasy. I would just like someone to casually say, 'Will you marry me?'
