Group Red Velvet member Irene recently showed off a meme she learned.
On the 30th, Irene appeared on SBS PowerFM's Wendy's Youngstreet to share behind-the-scenes of her first full-length album Biggest Fan and her recent activities.
That day, returning with her first full-length album Biggest Fan after about 1 year and 4 months, Irene said, "Since last May I started looking for songs with the A&R team, and the moment I heard this song I thought it was the title track," expressing special affection for the title song. She went on to introduce it as a song that would boost self-esteem if you recite the lyrics to yourself in front of a mirror, drawing attention.
Meanwhile, in response to a listener's question asking, "What is Irene most 'Biggest Fan' of these days?", she said, "I watch travel videos before going to sleep. I originally liked watching beekeeping videos, but recently it's changed a bit," confessing a somewhat unusual taste.
About the image that she might not be aware of trends, Irene said, "Still, while doing the recent SMTOWN concert I spent a lot of time with members and juniors and came to know quite a bit about recent trends and challenges," but added with a laugh, "I heard 'Harulalala' for the first time today, and I haven't tried butter tteok yet."
Meanwhile, Wendy's Youngstreet can be heard on SBS PowerFM every day from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
