Comedian Yoon Taek, who recently lost his father, expressed his feelings about seeing his father off.
On the 31st, Yoon Taek took to his personal social media after laying his father to rest and opened his remarks by saying, "Father, I am so grateful for your love. Now rest peacefully, Dad."
He went on to say, "Thanks to everyone who came to offer condolences, we were able to send off my father well. Once again, I bow my head in gratitude," and added, "The weather was nice and on the day my father left, the cherry blossoms bloomed brilliantly in one day."
Yoon Taek said, "He had served a lot as an elder and always brought comfort to those around him with his composed smile. A friend of my father lamented that he seemed to be going to heaven too early, so I said it seemed my father left a seat for an elder and was called earlier."
He added, "Finally, I was so proud to see my grandson Haim repeatedly say 'rest comfortably' to his grandfather," and expressed gratitude, "I thank everyone who visited and shared our sorrow."
Meanwhile, Yoon Taek's father passed away on the 29th at the age of 83. Yoon Taek appeared on the April 25 episode of You Quiz on the Block and mentioned his father's critical health condition, shedding intense tears. At the time, he conveyed his deep affection for his father and his earnest wish as a son to stay by his side until the end, receiving support from many people.
