[OSEN=Reporter Choi I-jeong Actress Lee Hye-eun has announced her return to the entertainment industry after a two-year hiatus.
Having paused her activities and stayed in Canada to support her child's studies, Lee Hye-eun plans to fully resume domestic activities after this summer, when her son's college admission schedule is completed.
According to recent reports, Lee Hye-eun's son received acceptance notices from all seven local universities he applied to, including the University of Toronto (University of Toronto) and the University of British Columbia (University of British Columbia), two of Canada's most prestigious schools. He is reportedly carefully considering between the two globally renowned universities, and plans to enter the faculty of arts this fall with a major in international relations (International Relations).
Having stayed in Canada by her son's side as a steadfast supporter, Lee Hye-eun is preparing to resume activities now that her child's college preparations have been wrapped up. After about a two-year break that allowed her time to recharge, she is expected to show more mature and deeper performances across various fields, including film, drama, and variety shows.
Lee Hye-eun, who made a dazzling debut with the film 'Corset', proved her solid acting skills and won viewers' love in numerous hit works such as KBS2 'Winter Sonata', tvN 'Another Miss Oh', and '100 Days My Prince'.
