Singer Yves, formerly of the group Loona, returns with a desaturated visual.
On the 30th, Yves released the first concept photo for her fourth EP, NAIL, on her official social media accounts.
In the released photos, Yves posed nonchalantly against a darkened stage, conveying a cynical charm. Her calm facial expression acting in the minimally lit space created a quiet tension.
In particular, Yves draws attention by completing a strong yet refined mood with desaturated-based styling. With restrained gestures, she expressed emotional nuances more densely, raising anticipation for her comeback.
NAIL is the mini album Yves is presenting about eight months after her third EP, Soft Error, which was released in August last year. Using "nail" as an object, Yves expresses and records her own "sensibility." She said she captures moments of sensibility that connect across nations, races, genders and languages, heightening curiosity about the distinctive musical narrative she will unfold with NAIL.
Yves's fourth EP, NAIL, will be released on music platforms at 1 p.m. on April 17.
