The group Rescene (RESCENE) is raising anticipation for their comeback with a mysterious atmosphere.
Rescene (Wonyi, Live, Minami, Mei, Jena) posted a visual feed on their official SNS at 8 p.m. on the 30th that hints at the mood of their first digital single "Runaway," scheduled to be released at 6 p.m. on the 8th of next month.
The released visual feed revealed a total of five themed images and videos—a rabbit clock, a flyer, a fairy tale book, a puzzle, and a girl whose candle goes out—stimulating fans' detective instincts.
First, alongside the phrase "All adventures require a first step," the rabbit clock drew attention by pointing to 4:08, meaning Rescene's comeback date of April 8. Next, a milk carton searching for the five girls, an English article saying they had disappeared, and a flyer with the phrase "HAVE YOU SEEN THIS GIRL?" added to the mysterious atmosphere surrounding the missing five girls.
Also, a fairy tale book titled "The Five Girls Who Disappeared" and Morse code aroused curiosity, and various puzzle elements such as crosswords and mazes appeared, increasing interest in hidden messages. In addition, the keyword "非上" and a video of a girl with angel wings whose candle goes out amplified the mysterious mood.
Rescene plans to present strange storytelling related to the "five girls who disappeared" in their new song "Runaway" by using sensuous aesthetics and meaningful objects, and they are further raising anticipation for their comeback with mystery-concept promotional content.
Meanwhile, Rescene will hold a special concert "Girl groove" at 7:30 p.m. on April 5 at the NOL Theater Hapjeong Tongyang Life Insurance Hall in Seoul. Rescene plans to create special memories with fans through "Girl groove," which will be free for all seats.
