Group Blackpink's Lisa will become the first K-pop singer to hold a residency in Las Vegas, U.S.
On the 30th (local time), U.S. outlet Variety reported that Lisa will hold the residency show "Viva La Lisa" at the Colosseum of Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas on Nov. 13-14 and Nov. 27-28.
A residency refers to performing multiple shows at a single venue over an extended period. With this, Lisa became the first K-pop artist to hold a residency in Las Vegas.
This show follows last year's release of Lisa's debut solo album "Alter Ego," Blackpink's tour, and the release of Blackpink's new record "DEADLINE."
Meanwhile, last February Lisa made her acting debut by appearing in season 3 of the U.S. cable TV HBO series "White Lotus," and she has been confirmed to appear in the Netflix action blockbuster "Taigo."
